What won't the assistant do, and why?

Off limits, and why

• Client testimonials or reviews. Professional ethics codes (APA, ACA, NASW) and many licensing boards restrict them, and quoting a client can break confidentiality. The assistant will offer something true instead, like what a first session is like.
• Made-up facts. It never invents a price, insurer, credential, licence or outcome. Tell it the real detail and it will add it. If you give yourself a title the site doesn't show (say, psychiatrist when it lists LCSW), it checks with you first.
• Promises of results. Words like “guaranteed” or “cure” aren't something a therapy site can say.
• Photos of people it creates. Made-up people on a therapy site can mislead visitors. Use your own photos for people, and the assistant creates scenes and places.
• A message form on the page. Client messages can include health information, so they go to your own secure form or email, never through us. See how contact works.
• Deleting everything. A request like “remove all the content” won't be acted on. Ask to remove a particular section or topic, or take your site offline from Launch.

Things it changes for you, and what stays on its own screen

Ask in the chat to change your logo (attach it), your main colour, your booking link, your contact form or email, your phone or address (or take them off), the states you see people in online (each has its own page), or a clinician's name, credentials, bio or photo (attach it).
