My website says something that isn't right. What do I do?
Updated October 12, 2026
The short answer
Fix wording straight away with Edit, or ask in Your website: “Remove the line saying I take Medicaid; I don't.” For a picture that doesn't fit, ask for a different one. If something keeps coming back, tell us through Support.
Wrong words
We build your site from what's already online about you, and sometimes that's out of date. You're the expert on your practice, so please check anything about insurance, telehealth, the states you see clients in, credentials and fees.
- For a few words, click Edit, click the words, and type. Press Enter to save.
- For anything bigger, ask in Your website: “I don't offer telehealth outside California; remove that everywhere.”
- Fees, insurers and your booking link live in one place, so change them in Booking & contact and every page follows.
A picture that doesn't fit
Ask for a different one and say what it should show: “On the anxiety page, replace the picture with a calm living room, no people.” Or add your own photo with the paperclip.
If something comes back
That shouldn't happen. Use Support and tell us what it was and where. A person will look at your site and fix the cause.
