How do I change photos, my logo or colours?
Updated October 15, 2026
The short answer
Use the paperclip in Your website to add your own photo, or describe the picture you'd like and we'll create one. Your logo and colours are on the branding step in Launch, and headshots are in Your clinicians.
Use your own photo
- Open Your website.
- Click the paperclip next to the message box and choose a photo (JPEG, PNG or WebP).
- Say where it should go, for example “use this photo at the top of the home page”.
Good to know: Photos without words on them work best. Text inside a picture can't be read by Google and doesn't fit every screen size. Big photos straight from a phone are fine: we shrink them before sending.
Crop, frame, resize or swap a photo yourself
Each change is saved straight away and is free. Use Undo in the message that appears to put it back. On pages other than home and About you can swap the photo; its frame comes from the page's layout.
- Click Edit above your site, then click the photo.
- Click the part of the photo that must always show, usually a face.
- Pick a frame and a size, or choose another of your photos (your headshots from Your clinicians are there) or upload one.
Or ask for it
Only that picture changes. You can also ask for it taller or with rounded corners, or to show another picture that's already on your site. Each change is one step you can undo.
- Click Point at above your site, then click the picture.
- Say what you'd like, for example “use my headshot from Your clinicians here”, “show more of the top so my whole head is in view”, “make it a circle”, or “make it smaller”.
Ask for a new picture
Describe what you'd like, such as “a calm shoreline at sunset, no people”, and say where it should go. We'll create one that fits the space.
Your logo and colours
- Open Launch and click Check your logo and brand colour.
- Click Add a logo or Replace your logo (up to 8MB; wide logos work best), or choose Use my name in type instead.
- Pick your colour for buttons and links, then click Save.
Good to know: We may adjust a colour slightly so text stays easy to read for everyone.
Pictures on your other pages
Each specialty, way of working, and who-you-see page has its own main picture. Ask, for example: “On the Therapy for Adults page, use the picture from the Anxiety page”, or “make a new one of a quiet forest path”.
If a photo doesn't go where you asked
- Say exactly where it goes and what it replaces: “Use the photo I attached in place of the picture at the top of the home page.”
- Photos of people are framed rather than stretched across the whole page, so they stay sharp. A small photo may be shown smaller for the same reason.
- Still not right? Click Undo, and send it to us through Support with the photo attached.
