How do I get help from a person?

The short answer

Click Support in your dashboard menu, write your question and click Send. A person reads every message and replies within a few hours. You can also email hello@dylt.ai.

From your dashboard

  1. Click Support in the menu (on a phone, it's in the menu strip at the top).
  2. Type your question. Add what it's about if you like.
  3. Click Send. We reply to your email within a few hours.
