- How do I update my card or get receipts?Open Settings and click Manage billing. You can change your card, download receipts and update your billing details there.
- How do I cancel?Open Settings and click Cancel subscription. It takes a few short steps. Everything keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, and you can change your mind until then.
Privacy and help
- Do you handle my clients' information?No. Your site sends nothing to us: contact buttons open your own secure form or the visitor's email. We never see your clients' messages or health information.
- How do I get help from a person?Click Support in your dashboard menu, write your question and click Send. A person reads every message and replies within a few hours. You can also email hello@dylt.ai.
