It asks ChatGPT. What we fix on your site and listings is read by the other assistants too, including Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI, but the answer in your report is ChatGPT's.
Make it easy to be sure who you are: a page for each thing you do, your town on those pages, the same name, address and phone everywhere, a complete Google listing, and a site assistants are allowed to read. Nobody can make an assistant name you, and we won't promise it.
