What will my med spa's website say about treatments?

Updated October 27, 2026

The short answer

Your site describes each treatment plainly, in your words, and never promises results. It names brands only as you offer them and says nothing about prescriptions beyond a provider consultation.

What your site says

  • What each treatment is for, who it usually suits, and what the consultation and appointment involve.
  • Your providers and their credentials, and your medical director, exactly as you name them.
  • The questions clients ask before booking, answered honestly: results and downtime vary, and your provider talks it through at the consultation.

What it never says

  • A promised result, or “pain-free”, “permanent”, “guaranteed” or “no downtime”, unless those are your own words.
  • A drug or device brand such as Botox® or Morpheus8 that you don't offer.
  • Anything about prescription weight loss beyond “medical weight loss with a provider consultation” and what you tell us.
  • Prices, numbers of units or sessions you haven't given us.

Good to know: The same rules hold when you ask the editor for a change. If a request goes further, it makes the closest change that keeps to them and tells you.
