# What are my guide pages, and how do I put them live?

We write a page for each thing you help with and publish it under your own domain, in your website's look, sending clients to your website and booking. Your website doesn't change, and we improve the pages every month.

## Why it helps

Google shows the page that best answers a search. A page about each condition, approach, group and town you work with, written in your voice, gives you a way to be found for each of those searches, and every page leads to your website and your booking.

They're built for search engines and AI assistants: each page has its own questions and answers, and we list every page for Google and Bing. It's ongoing: every month we check how you show up and improve the pages.

## Will it change my website or email?

No. Your website stays exactly as it is, on the same address, and you keep editing it the way you do now. The guide sits on its own address beside it, looks like your website, and your email isn't touched.

It doesn't repeat your website either: if you already have a page about something, the guide links to yours instead, and your fees, insurance and availability stay on your own site.

## Turning it on

1. Open **Guide pages** (or **Your plan**) and click **Turn on my guide pages**. We choose an address under your domain for you.
2. A window opens. Sign in where your domain is managed and approve one setting. It works with any domain company.
3. That's it. We check by ourselves and put the pages live, usually within an hour. You can close the page.

## Rather add the line yourself?

1. Under the button, click **Do it myself**. We show the one line to add, and where your domain's settings are.
2. Add it there as a new line. Don't change or delete any other line.
3. Click **Check now**. It can take up to an hour to show; we keep checking by ourselves.

Good to know: If your domain is on Cloudflare, set the line's Proxy status to DNS only (the grey cloud).

## Seeing them, and changing the address

Open **Guide pages** in the menu to see every page, with a preview before they're live. To use a different address, open **Settings**, then **Your guide pages**, then **Change address**.

## Just joined?

We write your pages in the first few minutes after you join. You can turn the guide on straight away; until the pages are ready, the address shows a short “coming soon” note.

## If you cancel

Your guide pages go offline at the end of your last paid month. Your website isn't affected. To remove the address completely, delete the line you added in your domain settings.
