# My report says something is missing, but I have it. Why?

We check what a new client can see from the outside. If your fee, a photo or a profile is somewhere we couldn't read, like inside an image, behind a login or on a page Google doesn't show, it counts as missing. Tell us and we'll look.

## Why it happens

- **It's inside a picture.** Text in an image can't be read by Google or by us.
- **It's hard to find.** If a client would need several clicks, or it's on a page Google doesn't show, we may not see it.
- **Your site blocked us.** Some websites turn away automatic checks. When that happens we read your site in other ways, but we can miss things.
- **It changed recently.** We check again every month, and the next check picks it up.
- **A profile is under a different name.** Add it in **Directories** with **Add a profile we missed**.

## What to do

Use **Support** (or reply to any email from us) and tell us what we missed and where it is. A person will check it and correct your report.
