# How do I know if it's working?

Open Report to see your score now compared with when you started, and Your monthly check on Launch to see what changed this month: your score, the searches you show up in, and what AI assistants say about you.

## How long it takes

- **First weeks:** Google and AI assistants find and read your pages. Little changes in search yet.
- **Months 1 to 3:** you start showing up for more searches, and your score and monthly check show it.
- **Every month after:** we keep improving and show you what moved. It's a continuous process, not a one-off.

Good to know: Your dashboard shows which week you're in, so you can see where you are on the way.

## Where to look

- **Report**: your score before and now, how many checks pass, and the few things that still need you.
- **Your monthly check** (on **Launch**, or **Your plan**): when we last checked, your score over time, and what moved.
- **Reviews**: your rating and number of reviews next to practices nearby.
- **Google listing**: Google's own Business Profile also shows how many people found you and called or asked for directions.

## What we keep checking

Every month we look again at your website, your Google listing, your directory profiles, the searches clients use near you, and what AI assistants say. Anything new to do appears as a step.

## The best sign of all

New enquiries. It helps to ask new clients how they found you, and keep a note.
