# How do I get help from a person?

Click Support in your dashboard menu, write your question and click Send. A person reads every message and replies within a few hours. You can also email hello@dylt.ai.

## From your dashboard

1. Click **Support** in the menu (on a phone, it's in the menu strip at the top).
2. Type your question. Add what it's about if you like.
3. Click **Send**. We reply to your email within a few hours.

## By email

Write to **hello@dylt.ai**, or reply to any email we've sent you.
