# Should I make changes myself or send them to you?

Make them yourself in Your website: most changes take a few seconds, you see them straight away, and you can undo anything. If a change doesn't work after a couple of tries, send it to us through Support and we'll take care of it.

## Why doing it yourself is easier

- It's quicker: no waiting for an email back.
- You can't break anything. Every change is saved in **History**, and **Undo** is one click.
- You see each change on your site as it happens.

## When to ask us

Click **Support** in your dashboard and tell us what you were trying to do. A person replies within a few hours.

- A change didn't work after you tried it a couple of ways.
- Something you fixed keeps coming back.
- You'd like a hand with your web address, your Google listing or anything else outside your website.
