# How do I cancel?

Open Settings and click Cancel subscription. It takes a few short steps. Everything keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, and you can change your mind until then.

## Step by step

1. Open **Settings** and click **Cancel subscription**.
2. Tell us why (it helps us improve) and click **Continue**.
3. You may be offered a cheaper month to stay. Take it, or click **No thanks, continue cancelling**.
4. Confirm by clicking **Cancel my subscription**.

## What happens next

- Everything keeps working until the end of your paid month. There are no refunds for part of a month.
- **New website plan:** after that, your site shows a “temporarily unavailable” page. Nothing is deleted, and restarting puts it back at the same address.
- **Your web address** stays yours. It keeps showing that page until you point it somewhere else, in the same settings you changed to connect it. Write to us and we'll walk you through it.
- **Keep my current website plan:** your own website isn't affected at all. Your guide pages (like guide.yourpractice.com) go offline; to remove the address completely, delete the line you added for it in your domain settings.
- Changed your mind? Click **Keep my subscription** before the month ends.

## A web address you bought through us

Ask us within 30 days of leaving and we'll transfer it to you.
