# How do I get a new web address?

Open Launch and click Get my address. In the window that opens, search for one, pick it and pay. It's registered in your name and connected to your site for you.

## Step by step

1. Open **Launch** and click **Get my address** (also on **Your domain**).
2. In the window that opens, choose to buy a new address, search, and pick one.
3. Pay there. It's registered in your name, and the settings are added for you: there's nothing else to do.

## Rather buy it through us?

1. On **Your domain**, click **Find a new one** under **Rather do it yourself?**.
2. Search, or pick one of the suggestions. We show the price for the first year and each year after.
3. Click **Buy** and pay by card. We register it and connect it.

## Good to know

- Bought through us: if we can't register the address, you're refunded in full. Once it's registered, the payment isn't refundable.
- An address you buy through us is held for you while you're subscribed. If you leave, ask us within 30 days and we'll transfer it to you (a brand-new address can't move for its first 60 days).
- Address payments are yearly and in US dollars.
